CFCE releases tax policy paper

The report, "A Tax System for the 21st Century: Protecting California Jobs and the Economy," was prepared for the California Commission on the 21st Century, which was tasked by the Governor to review and make recommendations on California's tax system. The paper covers timely topics including revenue volatility, the relation of the tax system to the state's economy, the proposed sales tax on services and proposed split roll property tax.
